I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO far behind on everything I want to do... I've been working on a little art here and there, but nothing worth posting. Hopefully I'll draw something up this weekend that I'll like and post up here.
Yepyep. Going camping at the ocean this weekend. If its nice, and I get the chance, I'll be drawing quite a bit. Nice weather is my inspiration. I always think of and come up with much better ideas when its nice. Not to mention its like someone is saying "Here's some light for you, now make me something pretty!"
omg! I hit a milestone!!! 20k Pageviews!
Thanks so much to everyone that put me up this far. I didn't think that I'd ever get this high... Seriously... Even if it is for a couple of pictures that I did only part of. So, soon, I'll have some of my VERY own stuff on here.
Well, moving on, I've been spending a lot of money lately, for many things, a new computer, games up the arse (I do work at a game store after all, so I get them for a discounted price.
And to something I haven't done in a VERY EXTREMELY long time...
REVIEWS!!!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Movies to kick the shindig off.
Ironman: Great movie. Lots of little snide jokes and such. Wonderful acting and filled to the brim with action and pretty effects.
Highly recommended!
Incredible Hulk: omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg/drool! This movie was not only pretty and amazingly destructive, but they did a wonderful job at keeping true to most of the comics. First and foremost (this won't ruin the movie for anyone, trust me) he starts off on the run! That's how 90% of the comics start, aside from a quick cap on why he's on the run/the hulk. Casting? Dude. Ed Norton was AMAZING! And a couple halarious jokes on his end too.
EXTREMELY recommended, but stay away from the game for this one.
Speed Racer: If you haven't seen this by now, you fail misserably. Pretty movie, the cinematography was very well done for the angle they were shooting for. Lots of brilliant colors and such, very flashy. My only beef with this one is that unless you are highly drugged and everything is moving slow for you, there's not much to see here but a lot of colorful blurs. A great movie with kick ass ideas (and Christina Ricci
I recommend this one, but see it on the imax, or wait for high-def.
Wanted: Angelina Jolie. 'Nuff said! lol Just kidding on that one. Cool movie, but if you're a nut for staying on the realistic end, this definately isn't a movie for you then. The bullet spinning and such... Too much. Cool ass movie, way over the top. I'll give it the same as Speed Racer.
Recommended, but not extremely amazing.
And last but never the least,
Wall-E: This movie was absolutely amazing. Pixar has done it again. Comedy, romance, drama, and the whole nine-yards. A couple of small twists in the movie too.
EXTREMELY recommended here too, but I don't know about the game here. A friend of mine played through it, so it must be good.
Games? I'll do those next time. If you want me to review/try something, note me and I'll see what I can do.
